Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing time varies depending on whether the item is in stock or a custom/made-to-order product — please see details below.
In-Stock Items
In-stock hair systems are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days to the US.Most international destinations via express carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) delivery time is 5-7 business days .
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom orders require manufacturing time before shipment. Please note that production time does NOT include shipping time.

Most hair systems take longer to produce. Some complicated hair systems cannot be completed within the standard time frame, such as silk tops, ultra-long hair, and ultra high density. If you need a hair system for a specific date, please consult our customer service team before placing an order.
Shipping Time
ToupeeUnion cooperates with several world-renowned express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon etc. We ship to most countries within a week, usually 3-5 business days after dispatch. For some particular regions, other express service or postal service will be adopted, and the shipping time is subject to the actual situation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
Production Time Clarification
Custom Order Production time refers to the time taken to manufacture your hair system. It does NOT include time for:
- Consulting with us
- Sending in old hair systems, samples, and templates
- Discussing uncertain order details after payment
- Shipping
Production begins on the date we confirm all custom order details and receive all necessary samples and templates.
